I hate exercising, but I know I have to. Are there ways to make exercise more fun?
Yes, Valen can mold your session around your hobbies and things you like to do for fun. For example, if you like to bowl, play tennis or any other activity, Valen can make it happen. Valen also offers group exercise classes that allow you to socialize with your peers and have a fun time while exercising. Many of my clients enjoy group exercise classes for that very reason.
I am taking a variety of medication; will that interfere with my exercise?
Yes, medication has many side effects and can alter the way your body responds. For example, if you are on beta blockers (medication for high blood pressure), your heart rate will not give an accurate reading as to how hard your heart is really working. Valen will take your medications into account when developing your exercise program.
What if my home is not in the areas you travel to?

How long does it take to see results?
Our nervous system is the first change we notice which occurs in about 3 to 4 weeks after you begin exercising. We notice we can lift more weight and feel stronger despite having no signs of muscle growth. Muscle growth begins to appear between 8 to 12 weeks after you started based off what the research shows.
How are the workouts structured?
A typical sessions looks like this: Warm-up, then balance, upper body, lower body, core, and then cool down. Cardio is added in with certain exercises given the endurance of the client. I switch it up from time to time and the goal is to target the whole body, however, the goals of the client come first.
